Suggestions on making Noida-Greater Noida (NGN) as innovation and ICT hub of India.

Respected Sir,
I have few suggestions on making Noida-Greater Noida (NGN) as innovation and ICT hub of India.

NGN area currently have many IT  companies but size of operations is not big as it is in other IT cities of India in particular bengaluru.

In NGN we don't have big brands semiconductor companies like INTEL, NVIDIA, Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, Maxim Integrated etc. 

These companies have R&D facilities in Bangalore. Many of big brands in software R&D is not having active presence in NGN area.

My suggestion is following wrt above background.
Convince and Invite big semiconductor and Software technology oriented companies to establish their R&D in NGN area. (Amazon, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Intel, Apple, NVIDIA. Detail list can be provided if my suggestion find some traction).

Invite companies which are involved in development and R&D of IOT, AI, Big Data, Block chain technology, Defense technology, all who are dealing with emerging, new generation technology.

Invite sector expert technology based or oriented companies in food processing, drip irrigation, aqua phonics, water desalinization, wind turbine, solar cell, batteries, advance agriculture and farm equipment, cold chain, water management, water purification, river and water bodies.

For industrial defense corridor invite companies which manufacturer guns and ammunition required by up police, PAC, para military forces.

Image stabilization, image detection companies of israel. Israel has been market leaders in defense RnD. 

We should focus on bringing companies who are already suppliers to india.

UP government should revive the proposal of establishment of CHIP FABRICATION. 

There are many technology which fab caters to, it's important to select right team to figure out what is commercially viable option. 

Companies which have expertise in this are STMICROELECTRONICS, Intel, Samsung, TSMC, Global Foundries. 

One way is to ask chip fabrication companies to establish their operation in NGN or follow the consortium path as was approach in past.

Inviting an convincing high tech industry specially the R&D activities bring required gravity and will give necessary face lift to our state.

These industries may not bring too many low end jobs but will bring high level of commercial activities giving required impetus to hospitality industry, real estate etc.

Another focus area can be medical and medical field related industries like diagnostic equipment and machinery, surgical equipment's, daily use items of medical and health care related industries, uplifting state medical colleges and kick-starting medical tourism.

Suggestions made are given to develop whole Eco-system which not only aims at industry per-se but taking 360 degree view of all what is required.

Our state will benefit a lot not only in terms of revenue, employment, infrastructure but also making it's presence felt in Pantheon of technology oriented development clusters of world.
