Deteriorating state of law and order in Uttar Pradesh is serious issue.
The incident of gang rape of mother daughter on highway near bulandshahr is just another incidence which exposes how efficient Akhilesh government is.
Current government of UP has destroyed law and order bit by bit, piece by piece and Year over year.
When criminals observe that government is too inefficient in responding to criminals, their guts to commit serious crimes has no bound.
Police has easy modus operandi to not respond to distress call, to not register FIR, to not investigate the crime, to not find substantial evidence, to not build water tight case and produce irrefutable evidences in court.
Not doing any of the above has its own reason, because police don't know if the crime they have committed is work of criminal alone or he is getting instructions from his samajwadi Boss's , if they will make arrest will the arrested one will not get patronage because of his caste or religion, if even they will do it, will the SP neta will not harass him.
Why it is so that same inefficient, ineffective, non professional department become super efficient when orders of investigation to get completed by 24hrs/36 hrs. come directly from CM himself or from his super ministers.
This raise questions, either police department is working on discretion - if orders are coming from CMO then no problem, no one is involved from ruling dispensation.
Or
It's staged, CMO waits for some crime to happen and gets to know from his state CID that police knows who has committed crime, now CM goes like robin hood and announce his tuglaqi Farman to arrest culprits.
His propagandist then go around TV studio's citing how efficient and no nonsense attitude CM has against crime.
This need to be raised in parliament tomorrow.
Life of UP people's is equally important.
